CReAg ECR

Central to CReAg EcoHUB's mission is the CReAg Early Career Researcher (ECR) Network, an interactive platform for next generation scientists and designed to be a catalyst for innovation and professional growth for researchers dedicated to addressing climate and food security challenges. Through this Network, researchers will acquire cutting-edge skills in advanced data analytics and the integration of environmental datasets, crucial for tackling complex agroecosystem issues. Moreover, the ECR Network will emphasise the importance of understanding and engaging with policy issues. Researchers will have the opportunity to learn from and interact with policymakers, gaining insights into the intersections between science and policy, and understanding how research can inform and drive effective policy decisions.

Early career researchers will receive guidance and support from established scientists and experts in the field. This mentorship will not only enhance their research capabilities but also provide career development advice, helping them navigate the career landscape and make measurable social impact.
